| If you have ever dreamed of working for
yourself and longed for financial freedom, than BigCityRewards
(BCR) has an opportunity for you. With BCR you can be your
own boss and choose your own hours!
What does BigCityRewards do?
BCR offers highly effective marketing solutions and CRM (customer
retention management) systems for small businesses at an extremely
affordable price. Each business that joins BCR has access to
over $2,500 a month in tools and services designed to help maximize
sales, increase customer loyalty, and give insight into customer
behaviors so that business knows exactly what is working and what is
not.
Will I have a set territory?
While we don't assign set territories, we do limit the amount of
reps in each state. We recommend that reps stay within 30 miles
of their home base. Driving hours to meet a potential business
would not be advised unless you had multiple meetings set up in that
area for the same day.
How do you limit your reps?
We limit the amount of reps we have by population. The typical
rule of thumb is one rep for every 100,000-150,000 people. This
usually equates to a few thousand businesses and more than enough
opportunity to make a five-figure monthly income.
What is required of me?
As a rep, you would be responsible for contacting businesses,
setting up appointments, and meeting with businesses to present the
BCR system and many options. This would require time to
schedule and visit businesses in your area.
How much do I get paid?
Reps will receive a commission of $30 per month for each active
business they have. Because our service offers such great
value, BCR members stay with our company. This in turn gives
you residual income month after month. The average sales
person could easily bring in 10 businesses per month with little
effort. After one year, this would equate to an income of
around $3,600 per month. Those who put forth real effort can
bring in as many as 100 businesses per month. After one year,
this would equate to an income of around $36,000 per month!
When do I get paid?
Reps will be paid once per month for all new or recurring (residual)
commissions that took place in the previous month. Payments
can be made via Paypal, bank transfer, or company check.
Can I get an advance if I run into issues?
We understand life happens. If you run into an issue and
you are cash strapped and need an advance from your current months
commissions, it is possible. Please note that an advance
carries a fee of $6.00 USD, and will only be honored up to 3 times
per year.
How much is it to get started?
There is a yearly fee of $599 to become a rep with BCR. This
cost is backed by our Triple Guarantee. If you have gone
through all of the training offered, attended weekly online
meetings, and actively pursued businesses, you are covered.
The guarantee states that if you have not made at least triple the
amount of your initial $599 in commissions with one year, BCR will
either refund your $599 fee or apply it to the next year's rep fees.
If you choose to receive a refund, all businesses you obtained
during your time with BCR will become the sole property of BCR and
all future commissions will be forfeited.
What happens if I have 1,000 businesses and
enough monthly income and I no longer want to work?
This is a scenario we hope all reps come to one day... not that
you don't want to work, but that you experience tremendous success
with our system! If you have a good residual income and no
longer wish to participate in the day-to-day sales operation, you
can request to become a retired rep. Retired reps will
continue to receive their monthly residual income from previous,
currently active sales they have accumulated within their time with
BCR. A retired rep will still be required to pay their $599
yearly dues to maintain their income. Retired reps also agree
to give up their territory (not enrolled businesses) to another rep,
and understand that once the position is filled by another,
additional positions may no longer be available should the retired
rep wish to reenter the marketplace.
How do I get started?
The first thing you need to do to get started is apply.
We won't take any payments from you until after the approval
process. Please note that we don't accept everyone that
applies. You MUST have excellent people skills, communication
skills, and a solid background (comfortable) in sales. You
must also have your own transportation and be willing to travel
(without reimbursement) to visit potential businesses with which you
have set up appointments.
What happens after I apply?
After you apply, you will be interviewed either by phone or
Skype. While you have the opportunity to earn a very sizeable
income with BCR, we must ensure that you meet our criteria for
representing the brand.
Once you pass this phase, you receive an Independent
Contractor Agreement (ICA), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and a Non-
Compete Agreement (NCA) to sign. All of these agreements will need to
be notarized and mailed back to our main office.
Upon receipt of your documents, we will issue
an invoice for dues. When these dues (rep fee) are received and have
cleared, we will provide you with training materials** and put you
in contact with a sales rep that can answer most of your questions.
** Please note that while we are able to provide you with the
documentation and information you need to sell the products we
offer, we cannot teach you the art of selling. If you have
been in sales before and have prior sales experience, this should
come naturally to you once you understand the services you are
selling.
How do I find businesses to contact?
We provide all contact details based on public information available
in your area. These lists allow you to view businesses, make
phone calls, send emails, and effectively manage the lists to know
which phase each business is in. Please note new businesses
are opening all the time, and our database may not be fully up to
date. It is therefore also advised to also canvas businesses in
your local area and gather details in the manner as well.
What happens to my commissions if I am
unable to work?
Please note that as an independent contractor, BCR assumes no
liability in any injuries that may result in your day to day
business activities. However, if you are unable to work, you
can request to become an inactive rep for up to 3 months. This
allows for vacation time and illness & family matters. After 3
months of inactivity, we reserve the right upon notice to consider
you a retired rep (see above). You may list one person or more
persons to be beneficiary in the event of your death.
Your residual income will then be distributed to those individuals
equally. Your account will remain in retired status, and your
yearly dues will be deducted in equal portions from the distributions
to each of your beneficiaries.
Why would my account go to retired status
if I was not actively selling for 3 months?
Since we limit the amount of reps in a specific state, we want
to ensure that those people who are interested in working and
growing their business and ours have opportunity to do so.
It is of no benefit to our company to sell out all positions in a
specific state and not see any additional return from that state.
Are there any minimum quotas I must meet?
While we don't want to impose minimum sales expectations on any
of our independent reps, we believe that a minimum sales goal of 10
businesses per month should be fairly easy to accomplish. If a
trained rep is brining in less than 10 new businesses per month,
we believe this would tend to indicate a problem.
If I am struggling to get started is there
help available?
Yes. We are available to help you and sharpen your
knowledge on products and services, whenever you need us.
We are human and we do sleep, but we can usually find someone to answer
your questions. Note, however, that we will not train on sales,
salesmanship is what YOU bring to the table!
